ANOTHER SPA DAY FOR THE LADIES ^_^

As of recently I've been going to quite a few spas & I've got to say hands down that Marriott County Hall Spa is so far the best!!! I went yesterday for my girlfriend's birthday & from the moment you walk through the entrance it feels like you are in another realm! For me anyway LOL!

If you love to be pampered and unwind then I highly recommend this spa & package!!!

The package that we got was the Deluxe Pamperday package (£134.95) which includes:

Arrival: 10.00am - Departure: 5.00pm
Full body massage 1 hour
Prescription facial 30 minutes
Manicure (file & polish) 30 minutes
Pedicure (file & polish) 30 minutes
Light lunch plus use of leisure facilities

Upon arrival me and the ladies were in awe with the building... it had a very elegant classical feel and at the entrance doors we were greeted by a doorman. It was extremely busy at the lobby and as we were trying to find our way without asking for help, a gentlemen approaches us and escorts us to the lifts directing us where to go.

The ladies at the spa greeted us with smiles, showed us around and answered any questions we had. The first thing that we did was jumped straight into the hot jacuzzi, followed on by the steam room and sauna... Ohhhh it was so invigorating! After using the facilities we had lunch with a beautiful view of the London Eye.

Before any treatments you fill out a questionnaire so they can cater the experience for you. For example what type of skin you have or the type of pressure you want applied for your massage. However, if you want to change the pressure for another area of your body during the treatment don't be afraid to ask. My favourite part of the experience was the massage and facial. Both treatments were so good which had made me relax that I knocked out and fell asleep. The beauty therapist was extremely friendly which also helped me to relax knowing that I was in safe hands and a professional was attending to me.

The one thing that I would suggest is for the spa to offer a late breakfast instead of lunch. I was not very comfortable with having to use the facilities then dressing up for lunch and then undressing again for treatments. I definitely think that having a late breakfast (brunch) before treatments or a dinner after would be a whole lot better. Apart from that I still would go again and recommend this to all of you!
