I
am so use to ordering myself a caffeine drink from Starbucks that I
don't usually even think about it and it's become routine. I wake up on
the weekdays and make a coffee or on the way to work I find myself with a
Starbucks drink... funnily enough on my days off I don't! Coffee is
good for you but reasonable amounts. So to change things up on a
healthier note since watching 'Hungry For Change' I've decided to go for
something different.
I
am fortunate enough for my work to be in a great location with healthy
choices surrounding me. Just a few minutes away is a 'Crussh' store
which provides fresh juices, combo juices or smoothies! Just my thing!
Today I decided to go with the 'Detox Cactus' ^_^ It sounds nasty but it's actually quite refreshing.
If you can get your hands on a healthy option give it a try for a week or more and see if it makes a difference. Have you switch things up and chosen an alternative? What healthy drinks do you drink or recommend? xoxo
